Then, social distancing practices around the resort are strictly enforced. Right at the front entrance and at all public areas, there are ‘stations’ with alcohol-based hand sanitiser and gloves. All room keys disinfected and presented safely to guests on checking in. At all points through the resort, cash-free methods of payments are available and encouraged.
In rooms and suites, increased airflow is ensured to boost air quality, along with travel-sized dispensers of hand-sanitiser. All accommodations now carry a door hanger displaying cleaning and disinfection information. Mini bars are placed on request, while all laundry is now cleaned with high temperatures for optimal disinfection. At the back end, the staff is trained on comprehensive hygiene and prevention training programmes. As a rule, team members provided with personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves.
