We have just returned from a memorable, heart felt holiday in the Yasawas. Patricia was a patient and careful listener and guided us to make excellent choices. We have travelled extensively over 56 years, so I am not sure exactly what made this holiday so special. It has something to do with travel deprivation over covid, but more particularly with the meaningful personal interactions with the Fijians themselves. The people have a lot to teach us about sense of community, sincerity, fun and laughter and lovely fresh food. I had a cocktail named after me, life changing massages daily, fresh lobster each day, reminiscent of my childhood. A bed full of flowers spelling out “happy 56 th Wedding Anniversary,” night snorkelling, helicopter transport to door of resort ,and renewed confidence in my
capacity to transfer between outboard boat and inter island ferries in the south Pacific Ocean. A big thanks to Hideaway Holidays for their local knowledge and attention to detail,

10/10 for our Fiji Trip! Lavenia from Hideaway Holidays has been so helpful with organising our holidays in Fiji! We were initially meant to fly at the end of the year 2021 but we caught covid and tested positive 1 day before our flight! She arranged for all the cancellation and rebooked us for April 2022. She made sure closer to our departure that we were ready and meeting the requirements (RAT test, insurance etc). She kept in touch with us while in Fiji and gifted us a voucher to use at the resort we stayed at (Naviti). The customer service we received was beyond my expectations and I will certainly book again with Hideaway Holidays.
Patricia was so helpful in booking our trip. We got a great deal and we were able to reschedule when Covid ruined our initial travel plans. Would definitely use again!
An unforgettable time at French Polynesia.
We had an unforgettable time at French Polynesia (Bora Bora and Tahiti) thanks to Hideaway Holidays. Jack Daniels walked us thru all potential options and was very open and patient with us. He, somehow was able to connect with us, and prepared the itinerary of our dreams. Looking forward to our next vacations planned by him. Two thumbs up!

Hideaway Holidays were very good arranging our South Pacific Holiday and were able to offer a price I could not get booking on my own!
The local Solomon Islander staff were very lovely and looked after us very well. The standard of the accommodation was a little below par and does need some work. The hot water was intermittent, the shower spilled over the floor and the plumbing leaked beneath the sink.
We were given many enough choices to choose from when we contacted Hideaway Holidays. They gave us options that fit with what we were looking for. We are extremely happy with the choice we made. The direct flights and ease of transfers was great. Musket Cove is a beautiful resort with amazing people. We truly felt at home. We had a wonderful time on excursions and exploring the island. We would use Hideaway Holidays again and have recommended them to friends already.

It was all really good, very easy to book and all inclusions were really easy to access.
Staff at the resort were fabulous, there were a few hiccups with some housekeeping issues, but they were all sorted swiftly. The resort itself is starting to look a little like it is not being maintained adequately.
Sea breeze resort was fantastic could not fault them at all. Had a wonderful and relaxing time. Stewart the manager there was so wonderful and looked after us so well.

The resort (Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort & Spa) was amazing, most staff were friendly.
Wonderful experience with your company. Sofitel is in the middle of a large renovation which we knew about. Restaurants were limited but we were not bothered by much noise or inconvenience. Staff were lovely and we had a great family holiday. Volleyball and aerobics were great. All in all, we had a lovely time!
The consultant was very cooperative, especially when I wanted to test different flight combinations and was relatively easy to contact. I had a great time and if I were to return to Fiji, I would definitely stay at the Outrigger again.
Everything went like clockwork and the staff at the Outrigger were the friendliest people I have ever met. We didn’t want to leave.

Well this is the first time I have cried leaving a resort, a WONDERFUL resort! Clean, friendly, safe and beautiful for our group. We found all staff amazing (all happy to work there for a Fijian business, good facilities/ restaurants and food was AMAZING (my husband gained 4 kgs, I am scared to jump on the scales). We are hoping to do this trip again and without hesitation would return to Malolo.

Just wanting to send a Thank You to Hideaway holidays. We depart Fiji today after an amazing 6 night stay at the Outrigger Hotel. We had amazing service from Hideaway Holidays from the day we first emailed enquiring about the advertised package we booked. The flight, accommodation booking & transfers to & from the airport we’re all taken care of for us. Staff at Hideaway Holidays contacted us yesterday to organise our airport transfer time for today. I have never had such excellent communication from a travel agent before, it’s lovely to see even once package is booked & paid for Hideaway Holiday staff still continue to take amazing care of clients.

It was a great holiday and helped recharge the batteries. Great to spend so much time together as a family (Tomas the little bugger simply refused to go to kids club!).
We really loved the stay at Castaway. While everyone in Fiji is so friendly, the staff at Castaway seem to take it up a notch and it really makes the stay feel that much more special. We were all sad to leave.
Overall we loved the holiday so much and can’t thank you enough for all your help. Three happy customers who are sure to come back when we are next looking at Fiji probably in 2021 as finger’s crossed we are hoping to do a trip to Europe in 2020.

Hideaway Holidays gave us the best price for our Fiji holiday, I would definitely recommend them. Mana Island was everything we hoped for and more. Lovely beaches, great snorkelling (we snorkelled with turtles and reef sharks, my husband and son also saw a ray), good food and wonderful service. Lovely relaxing by the pool and plenty of shady spots, staff were happy to provide more umbrellas when needed. We will definitely return. The Shangri-La is a bigger and busier resort but lots to do and lots of fun. The newly renovated restaurants are lovely. The kids love the inflatable water park, the radar and wakeboarding. We all loved pool netball and the afternoon sports on the lawn. Staff remembered us from previous visits, it feels like we are family.
Hideaway Holidays went above an beyond their duties, when we arrived our rooms had been cancelled by the resort. However Hideaway Holidays organized alternate accommodation for the night.

We organized our holiday with Hideaway Holidays, all done on line and via email, very professional, extremely easy and Hideaway Holidays got us a great price – we would highly recommend this company. We absolutely loved The Warwick, the staff were wonderful and the hotel itself is fantastic, the food was great, probably just a few more options for those that don’t pick the food package would be great but overall a fantastic place to stay.
