Plantation Island Resort unveils sunrise kayaking tours and new upgrades!

It hasn’t even been a couple of weeks since the Plantation Island Fiji got the shiny badge of best Fiji resort for holidaying with kids, and it’s unveiled a host of new activities and upgrades across the resort. 

Guests at the Plantation Island Resort can sign up for a brand-new experience – the ‘sunrise kayaking tour’. To be added to Plantation Island’s bouquet of complimentary activities, this new tour will help guests explore the island’s nearby reefs, islets and beaches. As an added bonus, the resort has purchased new glass-bottomed boats for the activity. The only con is, the tour starts 5:30 in the morning and is limited to 20 people per tour, per day!

Then, guests staying in and around the Poolside Rooms will no longer have to hie towards the restaurant or the main pool bar for liquid refreshment. There’s a new Ocean Pool Bar now, which is ready to serve patrons between 10am-5pm, every day.

The Plantation Island, Fiji has listened to its gusts and has opened a bunch of new outlets and strategic amenities around the resort. For one, there’s a new all-in-one Booking Office. Travellers can book all tours, sign up for activities, book a table at any of the resort’s restaurants, or book babysitters, birthday cakes, spa days and so on. Plus, the office is also an excellent spot for general enquiries for anything and everything ‘onsite’. Then, there’s a snappy new supermarket to be inaugurated this month, and a ‘Beach Shack’ – a boutique souvenir & beachwear shop – opening later next month, along with a hair salon, and ice-cream shop opening to the public further down the months.
