The Plantation Island Resort also boasts of a pristine lagoon and excellent swells for surfing. Guests can go explore over 44 dive sites ranging from underwater soft coral gardens to WWII bomber wrecks with PADI-certified dive masters. The resort’s dive centre also teaches new enthusiasts in one of the world’s best scuba-diving locations in the world – the Mamanuca islands!
Families and couples alike can get bikes to explore the island, surf the breaks at Wilkes, Tavarua Right; go parasailing and snorkelling in the calm inner reefs. Ol’ Copra Shed and Brigham Bar located at the centre of Plantation Island Resort, offers both buffet breakfast and nightly themed dinner everyday. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am while dinner is from 6pm to 9pm. Brigham Bar is open from 10am to late into the night.
Both Tavola Restaurant and Ol’ Copra Shed offer excellent breakfast and snack options.
To compliment the above, there is the Black Coral Grill that offers Pacific Rim cuisine in a quiet romantic and intimate atmosphere with A La Carte dinner options. Dinner is served from 6pm to 9pm.
Cocohut Espresso and Frappe Bar to cater for all your caffeine, decaf needs or a frappe. Off course, you can order a freshly squeezed fresh tropical juice. Grab a coffee or juice between 8am to 1pm or 2pm to 5pm.
