After the COVID-19 holiday cancellations, our South Pacific Specialists worked night and day to process refunds and vouchers for hundreds of cancelled and rescheduled holidays. Our service fee is conditionally non-refundable. In the rare case of travellers cancelling their travel plans, the service fee can be reused in any other holiday itinerary. Even if it’s few years down the line, all travellers have to do is to quote their original holiday reference number and Hideaway Holidays will add in the original fees as a cash voucher to be used in the current holiday!
