The Millennium Hotel Rotorua in New Zealand has advanced its room refurbishment programme through Stage II – by the end of February, the hotel is expected to have 148 refurbished rooms. A total of 80 rooms are queued up for the glow-up, which includes complete beautification and modernisation of amenities, including and not limited to walk-in showers and replacing doors with expansive ranch sliders.

The refurb programme is being carried out during weekdays, during work-hours, with minimal interruptions to holidaymakers. All areas under work are fully cordoned off from the rest of the hotel, the noise is contained and all public areas and facilities will continue to function as normal.
