For starters, the crystal-clear waters surrounding the Mamanuca islands chain begs to be explored with fins, a snorkel and a kayak. The coral reefs abound with multihued marine life and many a guest has whiled away the day snorkelling and swimming. Then, guests can charter a boat and spend a day fishing for mahi mahi, barracuda, Spanish mackerel, snapper and more.
