The First Landing Resort is set just a 20-minute drive away from the Nadi International Airport. Guests can choose from three categories of rooms, six variations of villas and three types of apartments to suit all budgets and requirements. The apartments share a separate pool between them, but each of the villas have a private pool to themselves.

Besides the comfy rooms and suites, the First Landing Resort also has plenty of activities and experiences lined up for its guests. Typically, watersports is uniformly excellent. Travellers can take complimentary snorkels, flippers and kayaks from the activities hut to explore the coral reefs and the marine life. The resort (and our South Pacific Specialists!) can set up scuba-diving expeditions, deep-sea fishing charters, island tours and more. Then, guests can sign up for cooking classes, fish-feeding, palm-leaf weaving and other activities. The Kids’ Club has a dedicated set of activities and trained nannies to keep the nippers entertained for hours on end.

After a day of fun and excitement, the wining and dining should be excellent – and the resort delivers. The Mai Kana restaurant was the original foundation of the First Landing Resort. Guests can take a tour with the restaurant’s executive chef into town for picking up the freshest produce and seafood, after which they can help prepare the night’s feast. It’s an experience in itself and we highly recommend it! The two bars are set with views of the beach and the ocean, serving up lip-smacking cocktails and imported wines on demand. Besides Mai Kana, guests can also head over to the Big Foot Char Grill for some live kitchen action and scrumptiously made seafood, prime beef steaks, chicken and lamb.
