It's close to the airport and they arranged free transportation for us if we emailed them in advance, which was very helpful. I joined a local tour to visit Peleliu Island and the Stone Monoliths, and our guide came to pick us up in Airai State, so we had no trouble there either. The building was a little old, but it wasn't a big deal. My room had a slightly imperfect bathroom door, but the air conditioning worked well and it was comfortable. Although the plan included breakfast, it seemed like there were few guests, so it wasn't an all-you-can-eat option on the dates I stayed. Instead, they brought us a freshly made plate upon handing over our breakfast voucher. Coffee and the daily juice selection are all-you-can-drink. It locates in the main island (10 mins from downtown). I recommend it since there is no nightlife or shopping things in the 800 meters downtown street. Staffs are very friendly and professional from the reception, restaurant to house keepers. Room is clean!! Breakfast is delicious (refer to the photos， 2 days breakfast are different.
