Opened in October 2002 the Pacific Resort is the sister hotel of the renown Pacific Resort in Rarotonga. This property is located at the old "Rapae Hotel Site" in Aitutaki. 17 Acres of prime beachfront with a variety of attractive contours, established native tree lines, isolated volcanic black rock outcrops, white sandy beach frontage of some 650 metres. The property will open with 30 individual bungalows and villas - restaurant and bar facilities, full reception / office building with public facilities and a fresh water swimming pool.  Located
on a magnificent stretch of beach along from Paradise Cove, Aretai Beach
Villas provides top quality family accommodation in Aitutaki offering
access to a wonderful safe lagoon. The three, attractive, generously
sized, stand alone two bedroom bungalows are
self catering with all linen supplied. Two units are absolute beachfront
while the third unit is set back from the beach with lagoon views. Each
unit has a separate modern kitchen with full cooking facilities, including
oven, microwave and fridge /freezer is well appointed with crockery and
cooking utensils. A lounge area with quality cane furniture and dining
setting opens onto a large deck with café table and chairs and sun lounger.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed with the
2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The
bathroom has hot water, modern shower, toilet and pedestal basin. All
rooms have insect screens, ceiling fans and timber blinds.

water. Upstairs, the bedroom sleeps a maximum of 4 persons. Has fresh
