Amoa Resort

Great food, workers were amazing and soo kind. Samoan hospitality for sure. Downside was that the pool wasnt cleaned, bugs and leaves everywhere, could see green fungus along the waterline. Was such a disappointment. Asked one of the workers if they could look into having it cleaned, so our kids could enjoy it. Nothing done he even asked me why does it need to be cleaned. I actually laughed. I understand its off peak season and there were only a handful of guests here. However, for the price we paid for 2 nights. We should be given the same care you would give to those during peak season. If that's the case charge half price. I would ring ahead and check before coming. It's soo hot here, its nice to end the day with a swim. Beach wasnt an option it was high tide and kids aren't yet strong swimmers. As such we prefer the pool at this time. Would've spoken to manager however she was finished for the day and started after we left for excursions the following day. I recommend the newer rooms. Read Less...

Stayed at this place 3 years ago for 3 or 4 nights with aiga and thought i'd show it some love. Was unforgettable. I don't think i ever saw the pool bar open, but hey, that was probably for the best lol. You can't stay here without ordering the raw fish...Superb! Read Less...
