WHO WE ARE?
Hideaway Holidays (established since 1977) is a tour wholesaler in Sydney, Australia. The management team of the company, offer you their combined travel experience of 50 years, however we are more than just travel experts... we are also Internet savvy! This means that you can expect quick, efficient, up to date information, as well as personalised service. We pride ourselves on speedy email replies, as we are standing by full time monitoring all  inquiries.

Our company has specialised in South Pacific holidays for over 20 years. The destinations we offer include Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Tahiti, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Niue Island, Cook Islands, Samoa and the islands of Micronesia. Through the years we have established contracts with most hotels, tour operators, and many airlines, including Air New Zealand, Qantas, Virgin Blue, Aircalin, Solomon Airlines, Air Vanuatu, Continental Micronesia and Air Tahiti Nui.  This means that you will save money purchasing your entire package through us, including your airline tickets, accommodation and anything else that you require.  In most cases your complete package will cost you less than if you purchased the airfares and accommodation separately. Our specialties include dream weddings or romantic honeymoons in Paradise! We do everything from co-ordination to assisting with paperwork, the reception, etc.

BOATING, CRUISING and YACHTING HOLIDAYS?
In addition to offering island packages our specialised boating department "Paradise Adventures and Cruises" offers bareboat and skippered yacht charters and boutique cruises in the South Pacific and Worldwide.

HOW DO I KNOW RESERVATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE?
Once you have made your flight reservations, your flight itinerary will be available for you to access on the Internet 24 hours a day - this information is Live and is updated by the airline(s) you are flying with. We have linked up with GALILEO to provide this important service to you. You will be provided with a confirmation code which allows only you to access your trip information. You will also be provided with a detailed itinerary and costing.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR DOCUMENTS?
We provide an international service and no matter where you are in the world, you can rest assured that we can express post or courier documents to you. We accept payments by bank transfer or credit card. 

Our team is very experienced with the destinations that we sell. We have travelled extensively throughout the South Pacific region, Caribbean, Mexico, and elsewhere. Our staff includes certified scuba divers & avid sailors.

You can expect assistance based on our actual travel experiences, as well as our past customer's experiences, to help you in choosing the holiday of your dreams.

WHAT KIND OF PROTECTION DO WE OFFER?
Hideaway Holidays is a fully licensed and bonded travel agent in Australia.  We are full members of the TCF (Travel Compensation Fund) which was formed to protect the travel consumer.
