Situated on beautiful Muri Lagoon, this property has sixteen condo-style seaview units
sleeping a maximum of 3 persons and two garden view units sleeping up to four,. All units
are self contained and have a separate bedroom, living/dining area, and a fully equipped
kitchen. Complimentary fruit, milk and fruit juice on arrival; tea and coffee supplied
daily.
Guest facilities include tour and activities desk, complimentary snorkelling equipment,
freshwater swimming pool, guest laundry, BBQ and a Petanque court. Rental cars and
motorcycles are available on site. The town bus provides a good day and night service.
Three restaurants are within easy walking distance, and two nearby local stores cater for
grocery needs. Water sports equipment can be hired at the adjacent Aquasports Centre. The
new Wintergarden Villas offer air conditioned bedrooms, kitchen facilities, indoor and
outdoor dining and are fully self contained.
A secluded five acres of spacious, tropical, garden wonderland is the setting for 17
condominium style units. Choose from a large 3 bedroom Executive Lodge (complete with

On the Lagoon, only five minutes by car from Muri Lagoon, and 20 minutes from Avarua. Accommodation is in six bungalows (4 with ocean views; 2 in garden setting) and two budget garden units. Each unit features full kitchen and private facilities, cool and airy with doors opening onto patio. Beachfront units feature ceiling fans. Facilities including swimming pool and portable BBQ. Rental scooters and bicycles are available. Grocery shop nearby. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place for you.
Sokala's seven villas are on a stunning waterfront location on famous Muri Lagoon,
overlooking nearby sandy islets. Five of Sokala's spacious villas each have their own
