Poum, the
resort has 43 air conditioned bungalows all with sea views have balconies, private
facilities, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, TV, video, minibar and phone. The
resort has a beautiful Melanesian-style open air restaurant with French and international
cuisine. An open bar in the tropical garden is close to the swimming pool. There are
tennis courts, numerous watersports, scuba diving, bicycles and more. Excursions
can be organised
to nearby islets. You can rent a car in either Noumea or
Tontouta International Airport and drive to Malabou - you then have your car at your
disposal for excursions from Malabou. The resort has its own airstrip with scheduled and charter
flights from Noumea or you can fly to Koumac and then by hotel transfer (prices
for these options on request).
