This is a 15 day voyage to five extremely remote islands plus Aitutaki & Rarotonga)

Join us on a Suwarrow National Park Expedition - sharks, sharks, sharks, not to mention manta rays, whales, uninhabited islands, fresh tuna for lunch and a million seabirds (we don't eat these). This is a two week voyage to extremely remote islands.

Suwarrow National Park Expedition Itinerary:
July 22nd (Tuesday): Depart Rarotonga (Cook Islands) at noon.
July 23rd: At sea.
July 24-25th: At Palmerston Island visiting Marsters family.
July 26th: At sea.
July 27th-31st: Exploring Suwarrow - bird watching, diving etc. August 1st - 3rd: At sea.
August 4th (Monday): Arrive in Apia, Samoa.

The Research Vessel - the Bounty Bay - is based in the Cook Islands is specially equipped for remote expeditions. She has 14 comfortable berths; a spacious cabin, well-appointed galley and can carry a generous amount of fuel for crossing the Pacific. As a large motor catamaran there is also plenty of room for bulky equipment, such as inflatables and kayaks. Amenities include: 2 double berths, 10 single berths, Electricity (240 v), Hot water shower (gas heated), Well-appointed galley with oven Two fridges and a 350 litre freezer, Computer with image and film editing programs, DVD & CD players/burners for evening entertainment and burning to disc the days adventures.

Cost is fully inclusive from your departure from Rarotonga on Air Rarotonga to your arrival back in Rarotonga. It includes meals, diving equipment and camping ashore (certain expenses ashore may be additional and beverages are extra). International airfares are extra. 130906/U.74/A-BB
